DISPATCH

We try to pick & pack orders daily, but they can sometimes take 3-5 days to be processed - it may take a little longer following a public holiday or a sale event. Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

 

DELIVERY COST & TIMES

To work out your shipping cost simply add your items to your cart, fill out your shipping address, and preferred shipping method. Cost will vary depending on your order total and the shipping method you choose.

 

Standard shipping times depend on the chosen courier/postal service after order processing. 

Our Postal Services Include;

• Sendel - Couriers Please and Aramax (ATL) 
• Australia Post - Standard (ATL) and Express
• TNT (for larger packages only) 

Click and Collect is only available for Event Merchandise or Collection from Eagle Farm location.
